• Organic audience growth
• Customer acquisition or conversions
• Search-engine rankings
• Social-media reach or recommendations
• Monetization approval or continued monetization
• Account verification
• Brand recognition
• Permanent retention of delivered engagement
• Any specific algorithmic or commercial result

Past results, testimonials, examples, statistics or service descriptions do not guarantee that another customer will achieve the same outcome.

  1. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM RULES AND RISKS

Third-party platforms independently control their rules, algorithms, moderation systems and enforcement decisions. These platforms may change their policies or systems at any time without notifying SoChillPanel.

• Recalculate displayed statistics
• Restrict the reach of content
• Suspend, limit or terminate an account
• Remove or demonetize content
• Change its algorithm or eligibility requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoChillPanel is not responsible for third-party moderation, enforcement or algorithmic decisions outside our reasonable control.

  1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing complete and accurate order information
• Submitting the correct public link
• Keeping the submitted account or content publicly accessible during delivery
• Ensuring they have the authority to promote the submitted account, content or website
• Avoiding duplicate or overlapping orders
• Complying with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
• Protecting their SoChillPanel login credentials
• Evaluating whether a service is suitable for their intended purpose

Customers must not use SoChillPanel for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or unauthorized purposes.

  1. CONTENT AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

SoChillPanel does not control or endorse content submitted by customers.

Customers remain solely responsible for their accounts, websites, posts, videos, pages, channels and other submitted material.

Customers must not submit content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Contains unlawful threats, harassment or exploitation
• Promotes fraud or criminal activity
• Involves content the customer is not authorized to promote
• Violates SoChillPanel’s Terms and Conditions

SoChillPanel may reject, cancel or restrict orders reasonably believed to violate these requirements.

  1. DELIVERY AND RETENTION

Delivery speeds and start times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delivery may be affected by demand, supplier availability, third-party platform changes, technical interruptions, incorrect links, privacy settings and events outside our reasonable control.

Digital engagement may decrease after delivery. Refills are available only when expressly included in the applicable service description and remain subject to the stated refill period and eligibility conditions.

Delivery, cancellation, partial completion and refill matters are governed by our Delivery Policy and Payment and Refund Policy.

We aim to keep SoChillPanel available, accurate and secure. However, we do not guarantee that:

• The website or dashboard will always be uninterrupted

We may correct errors, suspend features, perform maintenance or modify services where reasonably necessary.

If an incorrect price or material service-description error is discovered before fulfilment, we may cancel the affected order and return the applicable amount to the customer’s SoChillPanel balance or provide another remedy required by law.

SoChillPanel may use or link to third-party websites, suppliers, payment processors, analytics services and technical providers.

We do not control the independent content, availability, privacy practices or security measures of those third parties.
